We keep it simple. During a visit, video chat, or phone call, we find out if our puppy and your family are a good fit. Once we find a good match, you simple send in a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold a puppy for you. The non-refundable deposit is deducted from the total payable on pick-up or delivery day.
