My husband and I adopted Ziggy from Ian when he was four months old. Ian was kind enough to drive down to Vancouver to bring Ziggy to us. Ziggy is sweet and loving, and a perfect puppy! We are super happy!

Absolute awe of my darling Goldendoodle puppy! He is so sweet and eager to please me! He’s already following basic commands and slept his very first night in his wire crate without a whimper! He comes when i call him and is very gentleñ with my cats! Thanks for every thing ! 

We stumbled on Ian's ad, after giving up on finding the right dog for us. Ian just happened to be coming into Vancouver the very next day and he brought his puppies over to visit. The next day, we welcomed Moka into our home. She is calm and well-trained and has been a lovely addition to our home. Ian was helpful and insightful, and we are so grateful for his acumen. He has a special way with dogs and you can tell that he loves each and every one and is looking for the right home for each of them. 

I am so pleased to have Bullit in my life! I have very limited experience with puppies and have been finding Bullit to be extremely easy to handle and train. He is a joy to have around and is so friendly with everyone he meets. Thank you Ian for getting him started on the right foot for me! 

Nashville (formerly Simon) is now 16 weeks old and 30 lbs. Me and my husband take him to puppy kindergarten every weekend and he is by far the most well-behaved puppy there. The instructor is constantly impressed by Nashville's temperament and we have heard the same from complete strangers many times. Nashville is from Annie (english cream golden retriever) and Levi's (standard poodle) litter and seems to have inherited the english cream coat from Annie. I like that his coat is different from most golden doodles in terms of colour and texture. Nashville's coat is light cream and has loose waves as opposed to the brown/golden tighter curls you normally see with doodles.

In terms of training, Nashville is able to sleep thru the night (up to 11 hours although we have not tried 12) in his crate. During the day, he can hold for 8 hours in the crate. When playing in the house, he can last about 1-2 hours before needing a bathroom break. There has been the occasional accident but these are some impressive numbers for a puppy. Nashville is a fast learner. Right now he can sit and has near-perfect recall (even despite the name change). We are working on "down" currently.

We are first time puppy owners and the learning curve was steep, but we're very lucky to have ended up with such a calm, well-mannered, intelligent, and healthy puppy. Thanks Ian.

Our family recently brought home our furry friend from Ian at Perfect Puppy Ranch and we couldn't be more happy with the process! A few months back we were casually looking for a puppy and stumbled across Ian online. He was really great with sending updates and photos of the puppies so we could track their growth and progress. Ian was accommodating and knowledgable and we could tell from the get go the love, patience and training that he puts into his puppies. Our puppy is really special! Lovely temperament and incredibly well socialised. We couldn't be more happy with our puppy and our full experience with Ian. Thanks, Ian!

At first I was hesitant from the Kijiji ad, not seeing many pictures or any reviews but I can assure you Ian is a excellent owner and breeder. We were fortunate he drove to us and we got to meet the 11?! puppies. Several people at the dog park were amazed to to see 6-10 wk puppies all calm , social , happy and listening to Ian. They all appear healthy, good weight, nice coats and very social with other dogs which was a great sign. At ten weeks Teddy has adjusted nicely , eager and happy to meet all the neighbours and kids, good temperament, on walks he is wanting to meet every dog no matter the size , very social. We are working on 'potty' training and commands but he is already starting to sit on command (day 2)

Overall very positive experience getting our first dog with Ian, Ian was not rushed and shared alot of doggy knowledge with us and responds with any text questions. When we met all the dogs Ian did say Teddy might be the best fit for us and he was right ! Teddy choose us and Ian called all the dogs and they all followed Teddy stayed with us and felt like he choose us too :)

Lastly Teddy is so adorable, we are so in love ! 

We got lucky enough to have Phoebe join our family two days ago and she has been an absolute pleasure. So calm, already a good listener who knows her name is so very eager to play. Tons of fun and super gentle with my 5 year old. We can no believe how well she has already adjusted. If you are looking for a puppy you could not do better than Perfect Puppy Ranch. I've mainly talked about Phoebe but Ian was excellent to deal with and it is clear how much he cares about the pups and raises them with love. 

Ian is a very caring breeder. It was clear from the moment that we got Minty, she was taken care of with excellence. She is happy, healthy, well mannered, and gentle. We could not be happier with how she has turned out so far. Ian was helpful and accommodating with getting the puppy in our hands. It is clear that Ian cares for his dogs and wants to see them do well in good homes. If we could adopt more puppies, this would be where we would get them. Highly recommend.

My partner and I adopted a 1 year old golden retriever from Ian. Jinnie was the perfect puppy for us and our life style however the timing was not as perfect as I’d hoped. Ian was completely supportive through the whole process and kept her for an extra two weeks to ensure we were all set up to be successful. Throughout the drawn out adoption process we chatted on the phone multiple times and he sent me photos and videos. When I finally met Ian it was obvious that all his dogs are brought up with both incredible structure and a surplus of love. We could not be happier with our dog or her origins. We love our new puppy. It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Ian and getting our new family member from him  two days ago.

Ian has been a wonderful resource through the process, as we moved from interested shopper to a happy customer.

We chatted as well with Ian’s  vet who was impressed with the health of all the puppies. She  gave the litter a five star rating. Ian’s love of breeding heathy dogs was super obvious.

Even in such a short time Chastity  is adjusting to us.

We recently adopted a female Standard Poodle puppy from Ian at Perfect Puppy Ranch in Silverton BC. She is a smart, healthy and beautifully socialized little girl. Ian's puppies are raised with access to hills and forests and are part of a very stabe pack. Therefore, our little girl easily integrated into our busy home that includes many humans, an elderly terrier, Border collie, 3 cats and several horses. At our puppies 2nd visit to the vet, she remarked how impressed she is at the conformation, health and temperment of our puppy. Thank you Ian for your clear and thoughtful communication, sharing your time so that we could get to know the puppies and for raising such wonderful companions.

I recently purchased a standard poodle from Ian, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable about the breed. He answered all my questions and concerns with patience and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

The poodle I received from Ian is beautiful, healthy, and well-socialized. It was obvious from the moment I met the puppy that Ian had put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that it was well taken care of and prepared for its new home. We were lucky to come across Ian's add and Tank, now named 2Pac, to our family. He's a sweetheart of a dog , though sometimes he forgets that he is not 10 pounds anymore. It is obvious that Ian loves the dogs and putting them in the right home with the right family is most important to him. I would highly recommenc Ian to anyone. 

Thank you Ian for raising our beautiful Nova girl. She was clearly raised with thoughtfulness and love. From day one we knew she would be a perfect fit and we weren’t wrong. Bringing Nova home was a joy, as she is a happy, loved, and emotionally balanced puppy. She has become a special part of our family. We were especially impressed with her temperament, as was our vet, who said she has a perfect balance in temperament. This is a testament to a good start. We were fortunate in living relatively close to where we could visit with Ian and view the litter.    We were able to spent an unhurried 2 hours with Ian, the parents of the litter - Fisher and Dakota and the litter of puppies.  The location was special, on the side of a mountain with lots of space and a unique puppy enclosure in a cabin with the best possible heat source, a wood stove.

Our pick of the pups was one of the smaller females, initially known to us as little green girl after the puppy I/D collar she wore and finally known as Riley.

A big plus for the experience was thanks to Ian’s skill as a photographer and videographer, filling the dog’s Facebook page with almost daily updates of their growth.   This let us share a little in their daily lives until we were eventually able to pick up Riley at 2 months.

Riley hasn't lost her love of wood heat, here's one of her in the best seat in the house. 

We are all head over heels in love with Shasta.  She is doing beautifully.  Loves her walks! My husband and I are always home so she gets lots of attention and playtime.  She is full of energy, has such a fun and friendly personality and is the world’s best snuggler.  We couldn’t be happier ❤️🐾.
