Ever since I can remember I have always loved Retrievers! Golden Retrievers & Labrador Retrievers and even Standard Poodles (yes they are retrievers). I have combined these 3 breeds over the years and in the fun and time consuming process have bred Golden Labs, Goldendoodles, and of course Golden Retrievers. The truth is I am fascinated by all three breeds, and love them all. This love is exaggerated when I come upon a standout dog of any of these breeds. When I am lucky enough to be starstruck and completely enamoured by any such dog it can be hard to prevent me from somehow getting to be a part of this pedigree story and bloodline.
I give preference to AKC (Soda Pop) & CKC Registered dogs (Willow Tree & Cherry Bomb) because it is extremely utilitarian and fun to trace back the pedigree of each dog ... but also it is of utmost importance to avoid any unwanted line-breeding, aka inbreeding. There are only so many quality breeders in BC so it is good to know each other and work together to care for this dearly loved breed.
Most of our Golden Retriever puppies go to family homes with children. Many to active young couples. Some of our Goldens are companion therapy dogs for autistic children, for grieving, for anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD. Some of our luckiest puppies get to become trained to be hunting companions - these dogs do love to swim and fetch!
I am honoured to be a caretaker of this beautiful, intelligent, and loving dog breed. My goal is not only preserving but enhancing the bloodline. At the moment I only breed only 2 types of %100 Purebred Golden Retrievers. The American Field Red (Soda) and Canadian Goldens (Willow & Cherry). Each dog is Embark DNA cleared and Registered - Soda with the American Kennel Club and Willow and Cherry with the Canadian Kennel Club (the puppies come with copies of the parents AKC/CKC/DNA certificates).
Please note that until I transfer Soda to the Canadian Kennel Club the puppies cannot be registered in Canada. Registration may be important for shows, possibly some competitions, and/or breeding. However we do not breed these dogs to be bred and are looking for families that are looking for a new family member as a pet.
When any animal is bred properly there should be no health concerns and only happy and healthy puppies coming to your family from ours!

... you will notice that we do deliver wonderful golden puppies. That is because it is not just about breeding but giving the pups a sweet life-style, and breeding environment. We train these little goldens as much as possible before they leave Perfect Puppy Ranch. You can expect a puppy that is almost fully potty trained, crate trained, car and house trained, patient and quiet, gentle and loving, can sit and walk on a leash, playful intelligent and responsive, able to walk across a shallow creek on his or her own, and can swim - and last but not least is great off the leash with excellent recall !!! - because no body wants a puppy that does not listen.
I am excited to see what unique & beautiful Purebred Golden Retrievers we get to raise & train here though our unique breeding program @ Perfect Puppy Ranch. Thank you for considering one of our unique canines for your family. We update all our social media (direct links below) weekly.

The Golden Retriever was developed in the early 19th century as an ideal hunting companion, able to retrieve birds on both land and water in the marshy Scottish countryside. Their friendliness and intelligence makes the both a popular family pet and an excellent working dog, well suited for being a service dog, therapy dog or for search and rescue.
The third most popular breed in the US, the American and Canadian Goldens are generally lankier and darker than their British counterparts. Their wavy, feathered topcoat is water resistant, their undercoat helps them with thermoregulation and both coats have a tendency for heavy seasonal shedding. Goldens need lots of exercise (especially when younger), and their love of play and water means their owners usually get a lot of exercise too!
